1. Who we are

Inspect AI Pro is a product of Site Wise Software, Victoria, BC, Canada ("we", "our", "us"). This policy describes how we handle information when you use the Inspect AI Pro website at inspectaipro.com and the report-writing application at app.inspectaipro.com (together, the "Service").

The Service is an AI report writer. It turns an inspector's shorthand notes into a draft report and a PDF. It is not a full inspection-business platform. It does not provide online booking, ISN sync, inspection agreements, e-sign, or a repair-request builder.

2. Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, phone number, and password credentials you provide when you register or contact us.
Payment data: paid plans are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Stripe's own privacy policy covers the card data you give them. The free trial is 3 reports and does not require a credit card.
Inspection data: property details, client details, notes, photos, and other material you put into a report. That content is yours.
Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and approximate access times, collected by our servers and by the analytics tools listed below.
Messages: what you send through the contact form, the demo form, or email.

3. How we use information

To create and operate your account and to generate the reports and PDFs you ask for.
To process subscriptions when you choose a paid plan.
To answer support and sales messages, including demo requests.
To measure how the marketing site is used and to keep the Service reliable.
To meet legal obligations and to protect the Service and its users.

AI processing

When you use the report writer, the notes and related report content needed for that request are sent to our AI processors (Google and OpenAI) so they can return a draft. We do not use your inspection data to train Inspect AI Pro models, and we do not build a training set from it.

4. Analytics and advertising tags

The marketing site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-VYN4T68DB6). If a Meta (Facebook) pixel ID is configured for the deployment, that pixel loads as well and records page views. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers. A Google Ads tag is not installed until an ads account ID is provided to the site; we do not run a placeholder ads ID.

Contact and demo forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam.

5. When we share information

Service providers: Stripe for payments; Google and OpenAI for AI drafts; Google Analytics and, when configured, Meta for measurement; hosting and email providers that send messages you ask us to send.
Legal: if we must disclose information to comply with law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users and the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and inspection data while your account is active and for as long as we need it to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@sitewisesoftware.com.

7. Your requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email support@sitewisesoftware.com from the address on the account. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.

8. Security

We use administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed against interception or misuse.

9. Children

The Service is for home inspectors and their businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of the Service after the new date means you are using it under the revised policy.
